1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Appify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Appify is an AI-powered mobile application builder that allows users to create iOS and Android applications using natural language prompts. The Service includes AI code generation, project management, deployment tools, and backend integration features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the Stripe portal
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your code: you own all code generated by the AI for your projects. You may use, modify, and distribute it freely.
  • Our platform: the Appify platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your prompts and project data solely to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate malicious software or code intended to harm others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Abuse the AI generation system (e.g., automated mass generation)

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
